Returns and refunds

We want you to be happy with anything you buy from us. Here is how refunds and returns work.

Faulty or damaged items. If something arrives faulty, damaged or not as described, contact us and we will put it right with a repair, replacement or refund. This is your right under UK consumer law and nothing here affects it.

Changed your mind. If you have simply changed your mind, get in touch within 14 days of receiving your order. We will arrange a return as long as the item is unused and in its original condition.

Discontinued items. Discontinued items are non-refundable and cannot be returned for a change of mind. Your rights for faulty or damaged goods still apply.
