FJB Coaching Shop Terms and Conditions

About us. These terms apply to the sale of products through our shop. We are Fabian Byrne, trading as FJB Coaching, First Floor, Swan Buildings, 20 Swan Street, Manchester M4 5JW. Contact us at fabianbyrne@obsidiancircle.co.uk. By placing an order you agree to these terms.

Placing an order. When you place an order you are making an offer to buy. A contract is formed once we confirm your order and dispatch it. If we cannot fulfil your order, for example if an item is out of stock, we will let you know and refund any payment for that item.

Prices and payment. All prices are in pounds sterling and are shown at checkout. Payment is taken at the time of order through our payment provider. We take care to price everything correctly, but if we spot a genuine pricing error we will contact you before processing your order and give you the choice to continue at the correct price or cancel.

Products. We do our best to show our products accurately, but colours and finishes may vary slightly depending on your screen and the nature of print and fabric. Slight variation does not make an item faulty.

Availability. Stock is limited and some items are produced in small runs. We may add, change, or discontinue products at any time.

Delivery. We ship worldwide where we can. Delivery times, costs, and customs information are set out in our Shipping and Delivery Policy, which forms part of these terms.

Cancellations, returns and refunds. If you are a consumer, you have a legal right to cancel most orders within 14 days of receiving them and return unused items for a refund. Faulty, damaged, or misdescribed items will be repaired, replaced, or refunded as is your right under UK consumer law. Discontinued items are non-refundable except where faulty. Full details are in our Refund and Returns Policy, which forms part of these terms.

Intellectual property. All designs, artwork, logos, and content on our products and shop are owned by us and protected by copyright. You may not copy, reproduce, or resell them without our written permission.

Our liability. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything that cannot be excluded by law, and nothing affects your statutory rights as a consumer. Beyond that, we are not liable for indirect or unforeseeable losses, and our total liability to you is limited to the value of your order.

Governing law. These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. If you are a consumer resident outside the UK, this does not remove the protection of any mandatory consumer laws of the country you live in.

Changes. We may update these terms from time to time. The version in force is the one published here at the time you place your order.
