Shipping and delivery

We ship worldwide wherever we can. Here is what to expect.

Processing. Orders are usually processed within 2 to 5 working days before they are dispatched. During busy periods or sale launches this may take a little longer, and we will let you know if it does.

Delivery times. Once dispatched, estimated delivery is around 3 to 7 working days within the UK, and around 7 to 21 working days for international orders. These are estimates from our couriers, not guarantees, and they can vary with location and customs.

Shipping costs. Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your location and the size of your order, so you will always see the cost before you pay.

International orders, customs and duties. We attempt to ship worldwide, though some destinations may be unavailable due to courier limits. For orders outside the UK, any customs charges, import duties or taxes are set by your own country and are your responsibility. These are not included in your order total and are not something we can predict or refund.

Tracking. Where tracking is available, we will send you the details once your order is on its way.

Lost, delayed or damaged parcels. If your order has not arrived within the estimated time, or turns up damaged, email us at fabianbyrne@obsidiancircle.co.uk and we will do everything we can to sort it out.

Wrong address. Please double check your delivery address at checkout. We cannot be held responsible for orders sent to an address entered incorrectly, so let us know straight away if you spot a mistake.
